舒适护理在尿道前列腺电切术中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Comfort Care in the TURP Surgery

目的:探讨应用舒适护理模式在尿道前列腺电切术中的效果。方法:将60例行尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为对照组30例与观察组30例,对照组按传统方法进行功能护理,观察组实施舒适护理。结果:通过对两组患者术中紧张恐惧程度及疼痛情况、术后对手术室护理工作的满意度等进行比较,观察组术中紧张恐惧程度、疼痛感显著低于对照组,对手术室护理工作满意度显著高于对照组。结论:舒适护理能有效缓解患者的紧张恐惧心理,减少术中疼痛,提高患者的满意度。

Objective：To evaluate the results of the Comfort Care model in TURP surgery.Methods：60 patients with routine transurethral prostatectomy were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients and observation group of 30 patients.The control group received traditional methods of functional care;The observation group received comfort care.Results：Compared two groups in undergoing tension,the level of fear,postoperative pain and satisfaction of operating room nursing job.In the observation group tension,the level of fear,pain significantly lower than in the control group,operating room nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than in that.And reduced intraoperative pain,improved patient satisfaction.Conclusion：Comfort care can effectively ease the tension in patients with fear.
