摘要
文章通过分析当前高职毕业生就业形势,提出了正视危机,改变就业观念,转变人才培养模式,完善就业指导机构等相应的解决措施,从而为帮助高职毕业生顺利就业起到积极的推动作用。
This paper first analyzes the vocational college graduate employment difficulties,then gives the following solutions: taking a positive view on the employment difficulty,changing the traditional idea of employment,improving the teaching mode,and perfecting the career consulting organizations.
