摘要
报道了双极性膜电渗析取代现行工艺中VcNa转化成Vc的酸化过程的研究.VcNa的转化率达99%,VcNa溶液转化的收率达97%,平均电流效率达70%,平均耗电0.9kW·h/kgVc,制得的粗Vc产品符合工业生产要求.
A new technology,bipolar membrane electrodialysis (BME),was developed to convert VcNa to vitamin C in the production of vitamin C.The coverting factor of VcNa is more than 99% and the yield of vitamin C is up to 97% in acidation process.The average efficiency of electric current is 70%.The power cost is 0.9 kW·h per kg Vc.The quality of the products of vitamin C after BME comply with the production desire.
