摘要
研究开发了由对苯二甲酸二甲酯生产过程中副产物苯甲酸甲酯合成苯甲酸苄酯的工艺过程。通过正交实验,确定了反应最佳工艺条件,并考察了催化剂用量、配料比及反应温度对转化率的影响。实验表明,钛酸酯是一种性能较好的催化剂,在醇过量的适宜条件下,该反应转化率高达100%。
The process of the synthesis of Benzyl Benzoate by transesterification of crude B ester(namely methyl benzoate), which was obtained as a byproduct in the production of DMT(namely dimethyl terephthalate),was mainly developed and investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained through the orthogonal design method,and the effects of catalyst concentration,the /[benzenemethanol] mole ratio and the reaction temperature on the conversion were investigated.The result shows that titanate has high activity,and the conversion is up to 100% when excess benzenemethanol is used under a suitable condition.
