摘要
研究了绞股蓝皂甙在D101树脂上的吸附等温线和吸附动力学,并得到吸附动力学方程。在固定床上测定了连续流动过程D101树脂对绞股蓝皂甙的吸附行为,拟合了吸附透过曲线。用微分固定床测定了吸附过程的总传质系数,得到总传质系数对相对饱和吸附量的关系。
The isothermal adsorption and adsorption kinetics of Gypenosides on D 101 Resin are investigated in this paper,and adsorption kinetics equation is obtained from the study of adsorption kinetics.The adsorption of Gypenosides on D 101 resin is measured in fixed bed,and the transmitted curve is also obtained by means of approximate calculation.The overall transfer coefficient of adsorption is measured by differential fixed bed,and the relationship between overall coefficient and relative saturation absorption degree is obtained as well.
