采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈法等方法,从高校校园体育制度文化、高校校园体育物质文化、高校校园体育精神文化三方面对福州大学城里体育文化建设的现状进行了深入研究和探讨,同时就大学城高校体育文化建设提出了一系列的策略,希望能更好地为海峡西岸经济文化中心建设作出贡献.
