中日合作共同推进东亚共同体

Pushing forward of East Asian Community by Sino-Japan Cooperation

东亚共同体是东亚合作的必然趋势,是东亚各国的长期目标。然而,在小泉政府期间,因日本不与中国讨论东亚共同体,在双边自由贸易方面孤立中国,中日关系冷淡,中日两国一直未能共同推进东亚共同体。日本民主党实现政权轮替后,表示了与中国合作共同推进东亚共同体的新姿态,受到了中国的欢迎,出现了中日合作共同推进东亚共同体的新局面。以此为契机,中日两国应该根据推进东亚共同体的前提、原则与途径,加强合作,共同推进东亚共同体。

The East Asian community, which is the long term target of East Asian countries, had not been pushed forward by the uncooperative Koizumi government and China. The new Japanese government changed the former attitude towards East Asian community, which was welcomed by Chinese government. The two countries should strengthen cooperation and push the community forward together.
