摘要 采用镍催化体系,以抽余油为溶剂,研究了丁二烯溶液聚合的聚合条件。结果表明,在BR-9000生产装置上通过增加镍催化体系用量,降低水用量和适当提高聚合温度,可以制备出HIPS生产所需要的顺丁橡胶。 The conditions of solution polymerization of butadiene with raffinate oil as solvent in nickel catalyst system were studied based on the researches of laboratory and industry.The results showed that the high cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber with moderate Mooney viscosity,low solution viscosity,definite gel content and light color could be obtained by controlling less moisture content in the polymerization system,increasing properly the reaction temperature and the amount of nickel catalyst. This polybutadiene rubber could be used for high impact polystyrene.
