摘要
介绍陶瓷燃料隧道窑热耗数学模型的建立及计算机模拟的方法.将计算机模拟结果与实测数据相比较,表明建立的热耗数学模型是基本符合实际的,可以应用于对陶瓷燃料隧道窑热耗的各种因素的定量分析,寻求节能的正确途径.
This paper describes the establishment of mathematical model and the computer simulation for heat consumption of ceramid fuel fired run-nel kilns. The comparison between the results of computer simulation and the measuring data on operating kiln shows that the mathematical model ba-sically coincides with the actual situation. The mathematical model is available for the quantitative analysis on the factors influencing the heat con-sumption of ceramic fuel fired tunnel kiln. Consequently, the correct approach to energy saving can be found.
