“一锅煮”法合成硝苯柳胺

Synthesis of Niphensamide in One Pot

在一个反应器内，用氯苯作溶剂，先后进行水杨酸和氯气反应生成５氯水杨酸，５氯水杨酸与二氯亚砜反应，生成水杨酰氯，再与４硝基苯胺反应生成硝苯柳胺，收率达８４％～９０％。通过ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、ＮＭＲ光谱分析和元素分析。

In the presence of chlorobenzene,5 chlorosalicylic acid is synthesized by salicylic acid with chlorine,5 chlorosalicyloyl chloride is synthesized by 5 chlorosalicylic acid with thionyl chloride,niphensamide is synthesized by 5 chlorosalicyloyl chloride with 4 nitroaniline,in one pot.The yield reaches 84%～90%.Through spectrograms of UV,IR,MS,NMR and elementary analysis of niphensamide,the constitutional formula of niphensamide is proved to be N (4 nitrophenyl) 5 chlorosalicylylamide.
