摘要
在一个反应器内,用氯苯作溶剂,先后进行水杨酸和氯气反应生成5氯水杨酸,5氯水杨酸与二氯亚砜反应,生成水杨酰氯,再与4硝基苯胺反应生成硝苯柳胺,收率达84%~90%。通过UV、IR、MS、NMR光谱分析和元素分析。
In the presence of chlorobenzene,5 chlorosalicylic acid is synthesized by salicylic acid with chlorine,5 chlorosalicyloyl chloride is synthesized by 5 chlorosalicylic acid with thionyl chloride,niphensamide is synthesized by 5 chlorosalicyloyl chloride with 4 nitroaniline,in one pot.The yield reaches 84%~90%.Through spectrograms of UV,IR,MS,NMR and elementary analysis of niphensamide,the constitutional formula of niphensamide is proved to be N (4 nitrophenyl) 5 chlorosalicylylamide.
