企业网络理论是微观经济学中正在发展的一种分析框架,其分析方法有主观主义和客观主义两种范式争论,分别代表了反传统的新企业网络理论学派和传统的新古典主义学派。运用企业网络理论分析框架,将给我国中小企业的进一步发展提供理论依据,并为分析经济全球化条件下大型跨国公司内部各集团之间的联系指明方向。

Western enterprise theory is an important metheod of microeconomics, which has been infected the theory study of small-middle enterprises（SME） . It includes two opposed metheods, whose name are subjectivism and objectivism, which represent net theory and neoclassicism theory respectfully. According to the net theory, we can put it into use in the rural - county＇ s enterprises of China. At the same time, it also can be used in the transnational corporation management.
