摘要
用超声波和离心分级方法将3种来源不同的粘土进行分级,通过电子探针、红外光谱、X-射线衍射研究了各级份粘土的晶体结构、金属氢化物及粒子表面基团,并对相应级份的粘土胶进行物理力学性能测试。结果表明,粘土中的铁、铜、锰、钴、铬等化学组分含量对粘土胶的性能未产生积极影响,而粘土粒子表面羟基基团数量对粘土的补强性能起着显著作用。
Three kinds of clay were fractioned according to the particle size using ultrosonic and centrifugal method. The chemical composition of corresponding clay fractions was studied by using Electron Probe,FTIR and WAXD. The mechanical properties of the NR/clay composite were determined. The result showed that,the contents of chemical component,such as Fe,Cu,Mn and Co have no active effect on the mechanical properties of NR/clay composite,the OH radical in the surface of clay particle provided a significant reinforcing action on NR/clay composite.
