试论金融危机背景下的大学生生涯规划教育

On Career Planning Education in the Context of Financial Crisis

针对当前的就业问题介绍了大学生生涯规划教育国内外研究发展情况,论述了为应对金融危机所引发的就业困难而应当对大学生开展生涯规划教育的必要性。同时,以美国心理学家利特尔的个人计划研究为理论基础,针对如何开展生涯规划教育这个问题提出了相应的对策。

The research and development situation of career planning education at home and abroad are discussed according to the present employment issues. The necessity of developing career planning education is expounded to deal with the employment difficulties caused by financial crisis. On this basis of American psy- chologist Little＇s personal project, some advice to establish a career planning education is put forward.
