摘要
分析了我国高职教育课程体系设置现状,认为存在的主要问题是重理论,轻实践;重知识的系统性,忽视所学知识与当前企业发展之间的联系。提出将绩效技术融入高职课程教学设计的改革设想,并以此为基础,设计出基于绩效技术的高职课程教学模型。
The current situation of vocational course teaching in curriculum system setting in China is analyzed. It is pointed out that the existing main problems are emphasizing on theory but no practice and attaching importance to systematicness of knowledge but no association between knowledge and enterprise development. Integrating per- formance technology into the teaching design of vocational course is put forward and a design model of vocational course on the basis of performance technology is devised and clarified.
