从学习实践“三个代表”重要思想到贯彻落实科学发展观——关于构筑永葆党员先进性长效机制的思考

From the Study and Practice of the Thought of Three Represents to the Implementation and Appliance of the Scientific Outlook on Development——Reflections on the construction of a long-term mechanism for keeping CPC members' progressiveness

从学习实践"三个代表"重要思想到科学发展观的学习教育活动,这是党员先进性教育一以贯之的重要体现,是党的建设常抓不懈的必然要求。努力探索使广大党员长期受教育、永葆先进性的长效机制,应该从以下几方面努力:一是党员先进性教育工作必须坚持"重在建设",以立为本的方针;二是先进性教育与制度建设相结合,强化先进性教育的保障机制;三是坚持理论联系实际,把先进性教育与实践教育相结合、同推动当前工作结合起来。

The educational compaign from the study and practice of the thought of Three Represents to the implementation and appliance of the Scientific Outlook on Development embodies the consistent feature of the education of keeping CPC members progressive,innovative and forward-thinking;it is also a necessary demand of the regularity of Party building.To keep CPC members under a long-term education and the education of CPC members＇ progressiveness a long-term effective mechanism,with regard to the education of CPC members＇ progressiveness,must be made in the following ways：firstly,to lay emphasis on building;secondly,to combine it with institutional building and improve a safeguarding system for it;and finally,to unite theory with practice,or rather,to link it with practical education,as well as with the improvement of the work at present.
