摘要
在管理的本质是协调的基础上进行理论上和模型上分析可知管理与创新是矛盾的,因而管理不具有创新特征。管理对象具有创新性的特征,这更表明管理要对管理对象进行协调。
Theoretical and modeling analysis, based on the essence in which management is kind of coordination, shows that management and innovation are contradictory, and therefore management does not have innovative features. The object of management having innovative features also reveals that management is responsible for coordinating the object of management.
