冷歌是活跃在伪满洲国末期文坛上的一位知名的编辑、作家。在庄严与无耻并存的沦陷区文坛上占有一席重要的地位。一方面,编辑出版许多新文学作品,对繁荣东北文艺作出了贡献;另一方面,诗歌、评论、散文等文艺作品的发表更证明了他是不可或缺的存在。同时,我们也应看到其应时应制之作的局限。
