摘要 分别考察和对比了四溴双酚A/焦锑酸钠、四溴双酚A/焦锑酸钠/磷酸三苯酯(TPP)阻燃体系、溴代聚碳酸酯齐聚物阻燃剂和磺酸盐类阻燃剂对透明聚碳酸酯(PC)的光学性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,选用四溴双酚A/焦锑酸钠(用量5.0/2.0份)阻燃体系,阻燃透明聚碳酸酯(PC)的性价比高,阻燃级达到UL94V-0级,极限氧指数32%,缺口冲击强度26.5kJ/m2,拉伸强度50.2MPa,透光率80%以上。 The effects of tetrabromob diphenol A/sodium antimonate, tetrabromob diphenol A/sodium antimonate/triphenyl phosphate(TPP), brominated polycarbonate (Bromo-PC) oligomers and sulphonates-based flame retardant on optical and mechanical properties of transparent polycarbonate have been studied.The results show that the flame retarded PC has the best cost-effective when the tetrabromob diphenol A/sodium antimonat system is used as flame retardant. The flame retardant rating is UL94 V-0. The limited oxygen index of flame retarded PC reaches 32% .The impact strenght,tensile strenght are 26.5 kJ/m2, 50.2 MPa respectively, and the transmittance is above 80%.
