摘要
研究了氨基磷酸盐电沉积Ni-Fe合金电解液的性质及镀层的性能.测定了电流密度、添加剂、杂质对镀层性能的影响,确立了电解液的配方及工艺参数.结果表明:在pH=3~3.6,D_k=3~6A/dm^2,T=55~65℃条件下可获得沉积速率达lμm/min,结合力良好的Ni-Fe合金镀层,而且一次性镀厚可达1.5mm以上.
The properties of sulfamate bath for electrodeposition of Ni-Fe alloy has been investigated in this paper. The effect of current density,additive amount and the impurities content on coated layer has been measured, and chemical composition and technical parameters of the solution have been determined. The results showed that a 1. 5mm thick Ni-Fe alloy deposition layer with a good bonding strength can be obstained under conditions of pH = 3-3. 6,Dk = 3-6A/cm2,T= 55-65℃ at a depositing rate of 1μm/min.
