摘要
以戊二酸酐和正丙醇为原料,杂多酸为催化剂,合成了戊二酸二正丙酯。考察了醇酐摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等反应条件对酯化反应的影响,确定了合成戊二酸二正丙酯的工艺条件,并对目的产物进行了红外光谱。
Dipropyl glutarate was synthesized by glutaric anhydride as raw metarials and heteropoly acid as catalyst.The effects of alcohol anhydride mol ratio,reaction temperature and time,and the consumption of the catalyst etc.on esterification were studied.The optimum process conditions were given and the IR spectrum, 1H NMR spectrum and some performance indications were tested.
