Catalytic Synthesis of 3-Hydroxy-2-naphthamide in Solvent

在新型催化剂存在下，用２，３－酸和脲在选定的有机溶剂中，回流反应１２ｈ合成了２，３－酸酰胺，含量≥９８．５％（ＨＰＬＣ），收率≥８０．８％；并讨论了反应温度、脲／酸的摩尔比。

In the presence of a new catalyst,3-hydroxy-2-naphthamide was sythesized from 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and urea with reflux-reacting 12 h in a selected solvent.The yield was 80.8% and the purity was 98.5%(HPLC).Some factors influencing the yield and quality of the product were also studied.
