摘要
研究了用氯乙酸、氯化铵、氢氧化钠合成螯合剂次氨基三乙酸钠(NTS)的方法,考察了反应温度、pH值对NTS收率的影响,得出了最佳合成条件。在配料比氯乙酸∶氯化铵=3∶1.02(摩尔比)、反应温度为70℃、pH=1.0时,NTS收率达到75%以上。这种螯合剂用于常规酸化处理中防止铁离子形成氢氧化铁,实验结果表明。
A chelating agent,nitrilotriacetic acid sodium(NTS),was prepared from ClCH 2COOH,NH 4Cl and NaOH.The influences of reaction temperature and pH value of solution on the yield were investigated.The yield is over 75% under the optimum synthesis conditions(ClCH 2COOH∶NH 4Cl=3∶1.02(mol),pH=1.0,70℃,2 h).The chelating agent can be used in conventional acid treatment to prevent the formation of Fe(OH) 3,and the experimental results showed that it was a good ferric ions stabilizer.
