摘要 对电解还原草酸生产乙醛酸工艺和设备进行了改进,在优化工艺条件下,中试电流效率76.7%,化学产率92.5%,槽电压5.7V,生产过程稳定。根据中试结果进行了经济评价。 The process and devices of the electrolytic reduction of oxalic acid to glyoxylic acid have been improved. Under the optimized conditions, the process was stable with the pilot current efficiency 76.7%, chemical yield 92.5% and cell voltage 5.7 V. Based on the up results, the economic evaluation has been made and the further improvements were raised.
