The research on the chemical cleaning carbon deposit in heat medium furnace

主要研究热媒炉积炭成因、形态、化学清洗剂配方、清洗工艺条件及清洗温度、清洗时间对处理效果的影响．最终提出碱洗除中温积炭—酸洗除高温积炭两步法工艺．

Researched the causes and form of carbon deposit in heat medium furnace as well as the composition of chemical cleaning agent. The treatment effect research was carried out under the different cleaning temperature and time. At last, two-step measure to clean carbon deposit was proposed.
