摘要
山区内陆城市劳务派遣具有以规范化"四位一体"为要旨、以"三条就业通道"为平台、以"四个重视"为着力点的运作特色。山区内陆城市劳务派遣面临的劳动力科学文化素质较低、派遣培训成本较高、相关配套政策亟待完善等问题。为深化山区内陆城市劳务派遣的发展,应进一步探索适应山区内陆城市的劳务派遣管理模式,创新多元化的培训模式,增强劳动力供给的储备,完善派遣机制。
Labor services dispatching of inland cities in mountainous areas has these characteristics, taking the tenet of standardized quatemity, take the platform of three employing road, and take the four importance as acting point. However, there are many problems to disolve, such as the low labor quality,high training cost,lack of supported policies.In order to deepen labor services dispatching of inland cities in mountainous areas,we should to explore new managing mode, innovate diversified training ways and increase labor storage,perfect distpatching mechnism.
