摘要
在全球经济一体化背景下,企业知识型员工工作压力日益增大,随之而生的工作倦怠感逐渐成为影响员工工作与生活的主要因素之一。从工作倦怠理论入手,通过问卷调查获取相关数据,运用SPSS软件对知识型员工工作倦怠现状进行分析,建议降低和消除组织中的工作压力源;完善员工培训体系,提高员工工作压力和应对能力,实施工作倦怠保障机制。
Under the background of global economic integration, knowledge employee have more job stress. Job burnout becomes the main factor influcing employee's life and work. From the theory of job burnout, we obtain rele- vant data through questionnaires, use SPSS software status to analyse the knowledge employee's burnout. The paper suggests to reduce and eliminate stress sources from the organization, improve the employee training system, enhance the employee's response capabilities and implement the protection mechanism of job burnout.
