莫代尔紧密纱与环锭纱性能的对比研究

Contrast and Study on the Property of Modal Compact Spun Yarn with That of Traditional Spun Yarn

文章简要介绍了紧密纺的技术特点,对莫代尔纤维紧密纱的强伸性能,弹性及毛羽与传统环锭纱进行了对比,结果显示:相同号数下紧密纺比环锭纺断裂强度大,紧密纺纱技术减少了细纱产生的毛羽。在纺纱工艺相同的情况下纱线号数越大,断裂强度越大,弹性恢复率越大。

The principle of compact spinning was introduced, the tenacity alongation, property elasticity and hairiness of Modal compact spun yarn were contrasted with traditional spun yarn. The result shows that the same fineness of compact yarn has the properties of better breaking tenacity, fewer hairiness than traditional spun yarn. Under the same processing condition, the coarser the yarn fineness is, the more breaking elongation and elastic regain percentage are.
