安徽省餐饮业发展战略研究

On the Development Strategy of the Catering Industry in Anhui Province

餐饮业对安徽省经济和社会发展具有重要作用。本文在对安徽省餐饮业发展的内外部环境进行分析的基础上,提出了规划、人才、服务、品牌、创新等五大战略,旨在促进安徽省餐饮业持续、高效、协调发展。

Catering industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of Anhui. Based on the internal and external environment analysis of the development of Anhui catering industry, this paper puts forward five strategies, which are respectively planning, personnel, service, brand and innovation. The strategies aim to promote the sustainable, efficient and coordinated development of Anhui catering industry.
