摘要
近年来,餐饮业中出现的食品卫生安全问题日益突出,引起全社会的广泛关注。餐饮企业急切需要餐饮食品安全的专业人才,为企业建立食品安全管理制度,对餐饮生产的各个环节进行管理、检查和监督,最终保障消费者的身体健康。
In recent years, the problems related to food safety in the catering industry have become increasingly promi'nent. This paper analyzes the problem of food safety and the urgent need of the catering industry for ex- perts in this field. Finally, suggestions are made on the mode of training such professionals.
