摘要
大学生实习期间的权益保护问题应受到高度重视,本文分析了大学生实习期间权益保障出现问题的原因,探讨了构建和完善大学生实习期间的权益保障体系的策略。
Attention should be paid to the safeguarding of the undergraduates＇ legal rights and interests during their probationary period. This paper analyzes the reasons why their rights and interests are liable to be infringed on and then puts forward strategies on how to strengthen the system to safeguard them.
