摘要
在新的历史条件下,辅导员工作面临着新的机遇与挑战,其重要性不断增强,然而,辅导员工作中的矛盾却日渐明显和尖锐,甚至出现了辅导员队伍人才枯竭的危险。本文从分析辅导员工作的"三大冲突"入手,查找症结,阐述了辅导员队伍建设的发展路径,提出了有利于辅导员成长的激励机制。
The new era poses both opportunities and challenges for college counselors. Despite the importance of their work,the increasing difficulties and contradictions in their work have might resulted in the personnel de- pletion at college. This paper starts with the three contradictions that afflict the counselors, analyzing the causes and trying to find out solutions. Finally, approaches to promote the development of counsellorship and corresponding incentive methods are suggested
