大学学习型组织发展结构模型的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对学习型组织和高等教育管理方面的文献综述、开放式的访谈、专家学者的咨询等方法构建了大学学习型组织发展结构的理论模型,并通过小样本的预测试研究及统计分析等方法编制了大学学习型组织发展问卷。经过对问卷采集的数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析表明:大学学习型组织发展的结构模型可分为自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、团队学习和系统思考五个维度32个要素。
