摘要
分别采用材料试验机和纳米压痕仪测试了两种高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)材料(P1、P2)和两种高分子涂层(C1、C2)在宏观和微纳尺度上的摩擦性能,并对这四种材料的摩擦性能进行了比较,同时还对这四种材料在60℃、80%RH、2个月条件下老化后摩擦性能的变化进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:(1)两种尺度上的摩擦性能具有一定的相关性;(2)四种材料中,C1涂层摩擦系数明显偏大,与P1、P2差异明显,C2涂层摩擦系数与P1、P2比较接近;(3)老化后,只有C1涂层摩擦系数增大,其它材料摩擦性能没有显著变化。
The friction properties of two types of polymer bonded explosive(PBX) coded P1 ,P2 and two coatings named C1 ,C2 were tested by the universal testing machine based friction system and the nano-indenter respectively. The results of friction properties obtained by the two methods are correlative. The friction coefficient of CI coating is the highest among the four materials and the C2 coating is more close to PI and P2. The friction test for four materials which were in the aging enviroment of 60 ℃ 80% RH have beend conducted. Results show that only the C1 coating's friction becomes much higher among the four materials.
