摘要
目的:优选肾纤康颗粒乙醇超声提取工艺。方法:以醇提取物中有效成分丹参酮含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法,运用正交设计法优选肾纤康颗粒乙醇超声提取工艺。结果:用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮含量,该方法操作简便,结果稳定。肾纤康颗粒乙醇超声提取工艺为:5倍乙醇量、4档频率、超声2次、每次30分钟的超声提取方法为最佳。结论:采用该超声提取工艺,肾纤康颗粒乙醇物中丹参酮的收率较高且稳定。
Objective :To optimize the ethanol ultrasonic extraction technology of Shenxiankang Granules.Methods:Tanshinone II A in ethanol extraction as indieators,using HPLC and orthogonal design to optimize the ethanol ultrasonic extraction technology of Shenxiankang Granules.Results:The optimal ethanol ultrasonic extraction process of Shenxiankang Granules was adding 5 times amount of ethanol,utrasonic extracting twiee,eaeh time 30 min,with 4 ultrasonic frequency.Conclusion:Tanshinone Ⅱ A in the ethanol ultrasonic extraction of Shenxiankang Granules is high in recovery and stable.
