摘要
以野生番茄“SL-89”、“黄洋梨”和野生茄子“刺茄”、“贵州一号”为砧木,研究高温逆境对嫁接番茄生长生育的影响,并从生理角度研究嫁接番茄耐热机理。结果表明:高温逆境下,“SL-89”和“黄洋梨”2个野生番茄砧木嫁接可使番茄生长势增强,坐果率提高,使收获期提早4-6 d,产量提高9%。生理测试表明:高温胁迫后,4种砧木嫁接番茄叶绿素总含量及根系活性均显著高于对照、“SL-89”砧木嫁接番茄净光合速率显著高于其他砧木及对照。相对于对照而言,各砧木表现出较强的耐热性。
Using wild tomato "SL- 89" and " Huangyangli" and wild eggplant "Ciqie" "Guizhouyihao" as stocks, the effect on growth of grafted tomato and thermo-resistant mechanisms was studied. Result showed that grafted tomato (using "SL- 89" and "Huangyangli" as stocks) presented stronger growing power, higher fruiting rate, earlier harvest time (4 -6 d), and the yield rose by 9 percent. Physiological test showed that the chlorophy content and the root activity of four kinds of rootstock grafted tomato were significantly higher than the control, "SL-89" photosynthetic rate was significantly higher than other stocks and the control. The stock showed strong heat-resistance than the control.
