高校跨学科科研评价方法新探

New Approaches for Evaluation of Scientific in University

利用SCI的文章收录数量或被引频次这两组绝对数据来评价高校科研论文情况是目前各高校普遍采用的分析方法,但当进行跨学科比较分析时,该方法存在严重的不足。本文以ESI(基本科学指标数据库)为例,探讨了一种深化利用SCI数据的分析方法,采用基于基线的相对数据进行定量分析,分析结果能在跨学科分析的情况下更全面、客观地反映被评价对象的科研水平和影响力。而该方法同样适合于对其他数据库的论文分析评价。

Using the number and cited times of articles in SCI database to do scientific evaluation is common in universities, but this method is not proper when different subjects were analyzed. So a method using baselines in ESI to make SCI data more effective was discussed and the scientific evaluation was more eomprehensive and objective. This method can be used in other database for scientific evaluation.
