A SWOT Research on the Intelligence Development in the Innovation Country

自主创新,情报先行。情报事业是以情报实践工作为基础的一种事业。随着创新型国家进程加速,情报事业日益成为一项涉及社会各个阶层广泛介入的社会事业。公民创新意识提高、信息资源日益丰富、竞争态势不断加剧,推进情报事业发展理念的转变,构建国家创新体系,使情报事业的发展面临着难得的机遇与巨大的挑战。本文利用SWOT方法分析我国情报事业发展的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,提出对策建议并展望其发展趋势。

Intelligence is the first step in the independem innovation, which take the intelligence practice as a basic job. With the accelerated process of innovation, intelligence, which involved a wide range of different sectors of society, has been one of the social undertakings day by day. The improvement of the civic awareness of innovation, information, and the competition subverted the traditional concept of intelligence. In order to inform the innovation system in our country, intelligence is facing with opportunities and challenges. In tiffs paper, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were analyzed in the development of intelligence by SWOT, and some advices were presented for the future.
