Service Innovation in Libraries to Ensure the Sustainable Development of Personalized Service

图书馆的个性化服务问题是当前图书馆服务研究中的重要课题,研究者在实践领域也开发了很多技术与方法,本文提出用集成创新服务模式满足图书馆个性化服务的要求,依托集成服务构建可持续发展的信息资源,组建可持续发展的服务队伍,创建可持续发展的用户资源,保障图书馆个性化服务的可持续发展,使图书馆个性化服务工作更加适应可持续发展的社会的需要。

At present, the personalized service of the library is the important issue of the research in the library services. So the researchers have developed a lot of techniques and methods in the practice areas. This paper presented the integrated service model innovation to meet the needs of the personalized service of library, dais paper built the information resources of sustainable development, sets up the service team, creates the user resources. All depend on the integrated services to ensure the sustainable development of the library personalized service. It could make the library＇s personalized service better adapt to the social needs of the sustainable development.
