摘要 本文从分析联合虚拟参考咨询的特点入手,着重分析论述了咨询员队伍的建设,提出咨询员队伍应由咨询馆员与聘请专业老师组成,咨询要定位,职责要明确,并采用挂牌服务来不断提高咨询的水平。强调联合参考咨询机制是顺利开展联合咨询的保证,重点分析了各校咨询资源不平衡的问题,进而提出各校联合咨询的权利与义务、并通过制订岗位职责、咨询评价标准、知识产权保护办法来规范联合参考咨询、保证咨询的质量、保护咨询员的知识产权,让读者合法共享知识库。 Studying on the collaborative virtual reference services' features, the author analyzed the construction of the consuhant team. The consultant team is fomled by consultant librarians and professional teachers. To continuously improve the level of consultation, positional consultation, clear responsibihties and using listing services were needed. The collaborative virtual reference services ensures the implementation of joint consultation. The author also discuss the imbalance of school advisory resource. To standardize the joint reference, ensure the quality of consultation, protect the consultants' intellectual property and for readers to share legal knowledge base, the author proposed the rights and obligations of joint advisory schools, the development of job responsibilities, consultation evaluation criteria and intellectual property protection measures.
