摘要
阅读疗法是一种历史悠久并逐渐受到广泛重视的心理治疗方法,但在我国作为一种医疗康复的方法而进行系统研究则只有十几年的时间。经过这些年的发展,阅读疗法已逐渐成为医学、心理学和图书馆学研究的重要组成部分。本文将从不同角度对我国阅读疗法研究的进展情况进行综述,揭示我国阅读疗法研究的特点,提出未来阅读疗法研究的建议。
As an ancient mental therapy measure, Bibliotherapy has been recognized worldwide gradually. But in China it is systematically studied only since 1990. Through these years＇ development, bibliotherapy is now an important part of iatrology, psychology and library science. In this paper, the study situation of bibliotherapy in China was summarized from different points of view, and some suggestions about the future study were put forward.
