摘要
线粒体是哺乳动物细胞中最为重要的细胞器之一,是除细胞核外惟一含有功能性基因组的细胞器,通过氧化磷酸化产生维持细胞正常生理功能的ATP。重构胚中线粒体的命运及线粒体与供体核间的互作关系已越来越成为研究的焦点,综述了同种、异种核移植,ICSI,卵胞质移植及异源线粒体注射后,重构胚中线粒体的命运。
Mitochondrion is one of the most important organelles in mammals,which is the exclusive organelle that contains functional genome except nucleus, producing ATP to maintain cellsi' normal function through oxidative phosphorylation. The fate of the mitochondrion of the reconstructed embryo and the interaction between mitochondrion and the donor nucle is becoming the focus of the research. This article summarizes the fate of the mitochondrion in the reconstructed embryo after nuclear transplantation between homogeneous and the heterogeneous animals,ICSI,ooplasmic transfer and the injection of heterogeneous mitochondrion.
