Gene therapy can cure malignant tumour, cancer, genetic diseases and cardiovascular diseases. The key technology of gene therapy is to choose a suitable and efficient carrier to put the foreign genes into target cell receptor. The viral and non-viral vectors were reviewed in the paper.
