山东省大学生1985-2005年人体质量指数分布变化趋势分析

Change Trends of BMI Distribution Among College Students in Shandong From 1985 to 2005

目的分析1985-2005年山东省大学生BMI指数的分布状况,为控制青少年超重和肥胖提供依据。方法依据1985,1995和2005年山东省大学生体质健康调研资料,绘制BMI指数分布曲线。结果在1985-2005年20 a间,山东省大学生BMI指数在低百分位数几乎无明显变化,差异主要表现在高百分位数,曲线在高百分位数表现出明显的"迅猛上升"态势,如男、女生P95分别由1985年的23.12,22.78增长到2005年的26.72,24.86,分别增长了15.57%和9.13%。BMI指数分布区间越来越大,曲线右移,尤其是"右尾"不断延长,提示高BMI个体所占的比例不断上升。结论山东省大学生BMI指数分布曲线随年代发生明显变化,肥胖和超重率不断上升,已成为严重的公共卫生问题。

Objective To analyze distribution status of Shandnng college students BMI in 1985 - 2005, and to provide basis for control adolescent overweight and obesity. Methods BMI index distribution curve was drew according to physical health research data of Shandong college students in 1985, 1995 and 2005. Results In the past 20 years{ 1985 - 2005 } , there was little change in low BMI percentile of Shandong college students, but there was significant uptrend in high BMI percentile, such as P95 of boys and girls changed from 23.12 and 22.78 in 1985 to 26.72 and 24.86 in 2005, which increased by 15.57% and 9.13% respectively. Distribution extent of BMI became more and more wide. The curve shifted to the right which showed there were more students with high BMI. Conclusion BMI index distribution curve of Shandong college students changed significantly follow year, the rate of overweight and obesity rised year by year, and it has become a serious public health problem.
