实时三平面组织多普勒成像在肥胖儿童左心收缩功能评价中的应用

摘要 目的实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术研究轻、中度单纯肥胖儿童左心收缩功能,为加强对肥胖儿童的干预提供依据。方法实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术和M型超声测量36名轻、中度肥胖儿童和34名正常儿童左室收缩功能。结果肥胖组各室壁二尖瓣环处和大部分室壁的基底部、中间部收缩期峰值速度和最大位移均低于正常组,6个室壁各节段的平均收缩期峰值速度和最大位移2组间差异有统计学意义。结论轻、中度单纯肥胖儿童左室整体和部分室壁局部收缩功能减低。 Objective Research left ventricular systolic function of children with slight or medium simple obesity by using real time tri-plane tissue droppler imaging, in order to provide evidence for intervention among obesity children. Methods Left ventricular systolic function were examined among 36 children with slight or medium simple obesity and 34 normal children by using M-mode echocardiography and real time tri-plane tissue droppler imaging. Results Peak velocity of systole (Vs ) and maximum displacement of systole (Ds) of all ventrlcular walls annulus of mitral valve and most ventricular walls basilar part and intermedius of obesity group was lower than normal group. The differences in average peak Vs and maximum Ds of all parts in 6 ventficular walls between them were significant. Conclusion The left ventrieular whole and part walls systolic function decline among slight or medium simple obesity children.
