摘要
目的评价脑电生物反馈训练对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的治疗效果,为开展ADHD防治工作提供参考。方法对西昌市33名注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童进行脑电生物反馈训练,并采用视听整合持续操作测试(IVA-CPT)训练前后的成绩变化来评价其训练效果。结果训练2个疗程(40次)后,ADHD儿童在反应控制商数中的谨慎(听觉和视觉)商数、一致性商数(听觉和视觉)、毅力商数(听觉和视觉)均比训练前明显提高(P值均<0.01);在注意力商数中ADHD儿童的警惕性商数(听觉和视觉)、注意力商数(听觉和视觉)、反应时间商数(听觉和视觉)均比训练前有明显提高(P值均<0.01)。结论脑电生物反馈对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的训练效果是肯定的。
Objective To evaluate treatmentment effect of EEG biofeedback therapy on attention deficit- hyperactivity disorder ( ADHD}, in order to provide reference for ADHD prevention and cure. Methods Thirty-three ADHD children were treated with EEG biofeedback therapy, and IVA - CPT was taken before and after treatment in order to evaluate its effect according to IVA - CPT score change. Results After 2 courses of treatment(40 times } , there were significant changes among ADHD children in response control quotient{contains cautious, consistency, stamina quotients ) and attention quotient ( contained vigilance, attention, reaction time quotients } ( P 〈 0.01 }. Condusion EEG biofeedback therapy is an effective means for ADHD.
