摘要
利用响应面分析法考察了酶用量、提取时间、pH值和提取温度4个因素对酶法提取怀地黄梓醇的影响。结果表明,酶法提取怀地黄梓醇的最佳工艺条件为:酶用量0.31%、提取时间147 min、pH值4.6、提取温度56℃,梓醇提取率达7.98%,与模型预测值基本相符。说明酶法可较好地应用于怀地黄梓醇的提取,通过响应面分析法能得到一个较好预测试验结果的模型方程。
Response surface method (RSM) was used to study the extraction of catapol from Rhemannia glutinosa Libosch. f. Hueichingensis with enzyme technology, and the influence including enzyme amount, temperature, extracting time and pH was evaluated. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extracting catapol by enzyme technology were as follows: 0. 1% cellulose enzyme, 147 min, pH 4. 6, 56 ℃. Under the conditions, the extraction rate of catapol was 7. 98%, accordance with the theoretical prediction (7.94%). So it came to the conclusion that enzyme technology, could be better to be used in extracting catapol from Rhemannia glutinosa, and model equation with good theoretical prediction results could be got by response surface analysis.
