河北省原奶质量安全现状、问题和对策

Current Situation and Problems of Quality and Safety of Raw Milk in Hebei Province and Countermeasures

奶制品是人们的日常消费品,其质量安全,尤其是原奶的质量关系亿万民众的生命和健康。通过对河北省奶牛养殖小区的实际调查走访,发现河北省原奶质量安全控制中存在饲养环境差,奶牛饲养规模小,饲养管理水平低,养殖小区管理秩序混乱,原奶的收购检测落后等问题。文章立足实际调研,提出改善饲养环境,发展养殖小区,加强技术指导,加强养殖小区管理,加快原奶收购标准的修订等对策。

The quality and safety of dairy products, especially the quality of raw milk has an important impact on the health of the citizens. Based on actual survey interviews on dairy farms in Hebei province, some problems of quality safety of raw milk were analyzed in the paper, such as the poor feeding environment, the low level of feeding and management, the management disorder in feeding community, the tow level of test of raw milk, etc. Countermeasures were proposed based on the investigation, i.e., improving feeding environment, developing feeding community, strengthening technical guidance, strengthening the management of feeding community, speeding up the acquisition of the revised standard, etc.
