Surgical procedure of main fistula incision plus branch fistula counter-opening drainage for 63 cases of complex anal fistula

目的观察主管道切开挂线支管道对口引流治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选择63例高位复杂性肛瘘患者行主管道切开挂线支管道对口引流治疗。结果63例患者均一次治愈,平均住院时间为23d,随访0.5-3年无复发。结论主管切开挂线支管道对口引流治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of surgical procedure of main fistula incision plus branch fistula counter-opening drainage for complex anal fistula. Methods Sixty-three patients with conplex anal fistula were treated by main fistula incision plus branch fistula counter-opening drainage. Results Sixty-three cases were all cured; the average hospitalization time was 23 days, and no relaspe was found in following 0.5-3-year＇s survey. Conslusion This surgical procedure of main fistula incision plus branch fistula counter-opening drainage is quite effective for complex anal fistula.
