睫状体缝合术治疗外伤性睫状体脱离临床观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨睫状体脱离缝合术治疗外伤性睫状体脱离的临床疗效。方法以睫状体缝合术治疗外伤性睫状体脱离11例(11眼)。术前及术后均行眼部常规检查、前房角镜、三面镜及超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查。结果11例中6例于术后第1天眼压恢复至正常范围;1例于术后1周内恢复正常眼压;3例术后眼压升高的患者经对症治疗后1周内眼压恢复至正常范围;1例经第2次睫状体缝合术后眼压恢复正常。所有病例较术前视力明显提高。结论睫状体缝合术是治疗创伤性睫状体脱离的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the effect of direct cyclopexy on traumatic ciliary body detachment. Methods 11 cases of traumatic ciliary body detachment were treated with direct cyclopexy under microscope. Results Postoperatively intraocular pressure recoverd to normal in 6 eyes within one day and in 1 eye within a week, in 3 eyes of increased intraocular pressure within a week by treatment, and in 1 eye after received the second surgery. The visual acuity was improved obviously in all eyes. Conclusion Direct cyclopexy is an effective method in the treatment of traumatic ciliary body detachment.
