Improving Chinese Social Security System and Strengthening the Social Risk Management Strategy

我国正处于经济社会发展的关键时期,在复杂多变的国际国内形势下,传统的社会保障体系面临着种种挑战。本文基于风险管理机制创新的视角,在明确社会风险管理的目标以及对比分析传统社会保障与社会风险管理框架特征的基础上,指出社会风险管理的实践意义,并提出了旨在完善我国社会保障体系的社会风险管理策略。

In the critical period of economic and social development, and in the complicated and volatile international and domestic situation, Chinese traditional social security system faces kinds of challenges. Based on the perspective of risk management mechanism innovation, and a clear objective of social risk management as well as the comparative analysis of traditional social security and social risk management framework, this paper points out the significance of social risk management, and reveals the social risk management strategies which aims at improving Chinese social security system.
